What You Will Do * lead onboarding projects for new clients * implement the system according to the specific needs and processes of each law firm * configure the system in detail before go-live * train users across different roles and departments * consult on and fine-tune processes after implementation * communicate closely with our development and support teams * translate technical requirements and help resolve more complex situations * cooperate on integrations and system connections with other applications Who We Are Looking For * an independent and proactive person who takes ownership of assigned clients * someone who can communicate professionally with different types of users * a candidate with excellent Czech and English skills * a person with strong technical thinking and good orientation in software environments * experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project management is an advantage * experience with SaaS products or the legal industry is highly appreciated What Is Important * onboarding at our company is not just about “launching a system” — it is a real software implementation into the day-to-day operations of a law firm * we need someone who can understand the client’s processes and translate them into meaningful system configuration * the role combines client communication, organization, analytical thinking, and technical problem-solving * the position also includes occasional travel to clients within the Czech Republic and abroad What We Offer * work with a modern legal-tech product * diverse work with visible real-world impact * close cooperation with product, sales, and development teams * the environment of a smaller company where ideas and initiative truly matter * hybrid cooperation (office / home office / client site)
