This is the kind of environment where tax is no longer only about compliance — it becomes a strategic business function. An international group operating across CEE, Central Asia and other global markets is creating a new senior position within Global Finance to build, shape and drive group-wide tax strategy across the organization.
This is not a pure managerial role.This is a high-impact expert position for someone who combines deep technical tax knowledge with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
You will become a key partner to Global Finance leadership and local finance teams, helping the business navigate growing complexity, expansion into new markets and evolving transfer pricing and compliance requirements.

What will be in your hands
- Designing and implementing group tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions
- Driving tax optimization initiatives and effective tax rate management
- Ownership of transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing frameworks across the group
- Identifying and mitigating tax risks on an international level
- Oversight of group tax compliance, sanctions-related matters and CFC considerations
- Acting as a strategic advisor during expansion into new countries and business structures
- Cooperation with regional finance leaders across CEE, Central Asia and other international markets
- Balancing strategic initiatives with operational hands-on involvement where needed

Požadujeme: What we are looking for
- Strong international tax background within a multinational environment
- Proven expertise in Transfer Pricing — this is essential
- Experience with creation and implementation of tax strategy
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in discussions with senior stakeholders across regions
- Fluent English is a must, Czech language on communicative level
- Experience with emerging or complex international markets is highly valuable
