Backend/Fullstack .NET Developer for a Norwegian IT consulting company in Brno

We are looking for a backend or fullstack developer to be a part of ITERA.
We are a Norwegian IT consulting company - that means our consultants work on various clients' project, we don't have our own product. Usually the clients are of Nordic origin and from the areas of banking, finance, sustainable energy, or services.

Right now we don't hire for a specific position for a certain client, rather we would like to build a pipeline of candidates who like Itera and we like them back.

Candidates to whom we could reach out easily when a new request arises.

With whom we've built a friendly relationship already and we can skip the initial administration, cos that's already been done.

• you have at least 3 years experience with SW development in .NET

What would happen if you show interest?

• our HR manager would reach you out


• you will agree on a date and time of the first interview during which:
  
  
  
  • in the first 30 mins you will speak with the HR manager to discuss your situation, plans, wishes and get to know Itera more
  
  
  • in the next 45-60 mins you would have a technical discussion with our Tech Lead/Senior developer to be able to assess your tech knowledge
  
  
  
  


• after the interview we would agree together if it clicked and if we can stay in touch for the future

 

This will make it a lot easier to both of us, you and Itera, in case there is a client coming to us with a request for a developer. Once this happens we will contact you right away and we can discuss your current situation. 

 

We know this is not a standard process, but let's try it out, we believe it's the way to do recruitment in the future - find the company that shares similar values as you, build a relationship and just wait for the right opportunity to come.
