At Sudolabs we are building our AI department. We're looking for Data Scientists, who have general experience with researching and evaluating solutions to complex ML related problems. You will work in a team of 3-5 engineers using agile development processes. Type of the work you will do will range between enhancing a product with AI features using a known solution and working on a high-impact problem that requires research and custom solutions.

As a Data Scientist, we expect you to:

• be responsible for researching and evaluating solutions to complex ML problems


• help data engineers build a production-ready product based on the proposed solution


• be comfortable applying knowledge from academic papers to day-to-day work


• be up to date with current AI trends and state-of-the-art solutions to common problems


• demonstrate expertise in analytical thinking, and the ability to solve ambiguous and open-ended problems


• often communicate technical stuff with the client or project manager

Who are we looking for?

• Data Scientists who have relevant experience with researching and evaluating solutions to complex ML problems


• Product-oriented thinking.


• The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.


• You should be eager to learn new things and improve your skills.


• We’re expecting you to be open-minded, share feedback, and spread knowledge to other team members, contributing to our knowledge base and from time to time to organize discussions and events.
