Senior Product Analyst (OpenLAB CDS) — Prague (Hybrid/Remote, Contract)

For a global pharmaceutical company running large-scale R&D operations across Europe — we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst. The client's team supports hundreds of scientists who rely on the OpenLAB CDS 2.x platform for their day-to-day research in both GxP and non-GxP environments.

You will be the main liaison between stakeholders and the QMS team, driving the enablement, onboarding, and migration of users onto OpenLAB CDS, while also leading integration work between OpenLAB CDS and the ASM DataStore platform.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for intake sessions covering migration of OpenLAB CDS and OpenLAB Chemstation standalone workstations


• Eliciting use cases, instrument workflows, access requirements, and data transfer needs


• Documenting GxP vs. non-GxP CDS workflows and supporting large-scale onboarding of 200+ users


• Leading analysis and planning for the OpenLAB CDS ASM DataStore integration


• Reviewing vendor release documentation and conducting impact analysis on workflows and configurations


• Developing and executing UAT and regression test scripts


• Providing tier-1 triage support and creating training materials and FAQs for a user base of ~500

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience supporting instrument software platforms, with 3+ years in chromatographic software (direct OpenLAB CDS experience preferred)


• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and GxP/regulatory considerations in pharmaceutical R&D


• Proven experience running onboarding intake sessions and eliciting system configuration requirements


• Hands-on experience with integration projects, including requirements gathering and data mapping


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical decisions to varied audiences


• Nice to have: JIRA, Xray/Vera, ServiceNow
