SAP Data & Business Analyst — Prague (Hybrid, Contract)

For a large enterprise running a major SAP BI data migration — we are looking for a SAP Data & Business Analyst. The client's data team is rebuilding its SAP data foundation, working across raw source tables, a new Silver layer, and dozens of downstream applications.

You will be analyzing the client's SAP raw data landscape end to end — reviewing, documenting, and proposing remediation across 650+ SAP tables — while also assessing how 20+ applications consume that data and helping plan and coordinate the necessary fixes with the teams involved.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyzing and documenting SAP raw tables, identifying issues and data quality gaps


• Proposing remediation plans and raising concerns where needed


• Directing data engineers building the Silver layer based on your analysis


• Mapping consumption patterns across 20+ applications


• Planning remediation for impacted applications and coordinating with subject matter experts


• Collaborating closely with the SAP BI team and internal data product teams

What we're looking for:

• Strong core SAP raw table knowledge — this is a must


• Experience analyzing large-scale SAP data environments independently


• Comfort working as a mix of data analyst and engineer, not just reporting on issues but proposing solutions


• General business analysis skills — planning, coordination, stakeholder communication


• Ability to work hand-in-hand with both technical and business stakeholders


• Nice to have: experience with data engineering / Silver layer builds, SAP BI tooling, and coordinating cross-team remediation efforts
