Senior Product Analyst — Prague (Hybrid / Remote, Contract)

For a global pharmaceutical company running lab-based instrument data acquisition software across GxP and non-GxP research environments — we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst. The client's R&D organization relies on this software to support hundreds of scientists and roughly 50 instruments across multiple business groups.

You will be the main liaison between business stakeholders and the QMS team for this application, running onboarding intake sessions, shaping configuration decisions, and keeping SDLC documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the main project liaison to business stakeholders and the QMS team


• Running intake analysis sessions for onboarding new or migrating business groups


• Eliciting use cases, instrument workflows, user roles, and data transfer requirements


• Reviewing vendor release documentation and assessing impact on workflows and configurations


• Developing and executing UAT and regression test scripts


• Providing tier-1 triage and escalating recurring issues for training/content updates


• Maintaining SDLC documentation to support audits and change requests

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years supporting lab-based instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical R&D


• Strong understanding of GxP/regulatory considerations (audit trails, controlled access, validated processes)


• Proven experience running onboarding intake sessions and developing system configuration requirements


• Experience developing UAT test cases and supporting testers through UAT


• Hands-on experience with integration projects, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination


• Nice to have: Unicorn, Biacore Insight, JIRA, Xray/Vera, ServiceNow
