Automation Tester — Prague (Hybrid / Remote, Contract)

You will be defining the automation strategy for the platform and owning the end-to-end test lifecycle — from writing scripts to managing defects and maintaining compliant documentation.

What you'll be doing:

• Defining the testing strategy and automation approach for the platform, including alignment with GMP/GXP requirements


• Creating and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage


• Executing tests, analyzing results, and driving defects through to resolution


• Maintaining GMP/GXP-compliant documentation of test cases, scripts, and results


• Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to ensure software quality

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in test automation tooling with hands-on scripting experience in Python


• Experience with test management tools — JIRA and X-Ray in particular


• Working knowledge of GMP/GXP requirements and validated systems


• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently across time zones


• Nice to have: experience with DSCS and DPTM, background in GMP/GXP-regulated industries, relevant QA certifications, performance testing experience
