PROGRAM MANAGER | AUTOMOTIVE | EDS | KOREAN LANGUAGE REQUIRED

We are looking for an experienced PROGRAM MANAGER to manage international projects in the field of wire harnesses (EDS). This is a key role with overlap between Korea and Europe, strong customer interface and responsibility for the complete program lifecycle. Job Description: - Manage wire harness program from RFQ to end of production (EOP) - Main contact person for the customer (OEM) during development and serial production - Coordination and leadership of cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, SCM, finance) - Manage production ramp-up and cooperation with manufacturing plants in the region (EU, Serbia, Tunisia) - Oversee program KPIs - timing, costs, quality, deliveries; risk management and corrective actions - Transfer of know-how from Korea to European teams and ensuring process standardization - Reporting of program status to top management and global stakeholders - Support and development of local teams in program management - Working in an international environment - first phase in Korea, then relocation to Europe - High level of travel (depending on the project phase)
Požadujeme
- University degree in technical or economic field
- English B2+, Korean B2+, both languages REQUIRED
- At least 5 years of experience in managing programs and large projects in automotive Tier 1
- Ideally knowledge of project management related to EDS, cable harnesses
- Ability to lead a multicultural team
- High flexibility, willingness to travel frequently (to customers and other production plants)
