Great opportunity for experienced ACCOUNT MANAGERS ideally from automotive (OEM, Tier 1)! We are looking for a seasoned ACCOUNT MANAGER to manage relationships with key customers and develop business opportunities in the automotive environment. The role combines customer-facing agenda, sales and coordination of internal teams. Job description: - Management and development of relationships with key customers (OEM/Tier 1), main contact person for communication and escalation - Identification of customer needs and design of solutions in cooperation with internal teams (finance, logistics, engineering, PM) - Management of existing programs - pricing, calculations, business offers and change management - Leading price negotiations and supporting project changes during the lifecycle of the program - Monitoring and reporting KPIs, working with customer portals and internal systems - Collecting and transmitting customer feedback, proposing improvements and corrective measures - Support for acquisitions of new projects - coordination of RFQs and development of business opportunities - Management of pipeline of business opportunities and working with internal databases
Požadujeme
- Secondary/University education in technical or economic field
- English B2+, Korean B2+, both languages are required!
- Previous experience in a similar position with account management in the automotive or other manufacturing sector
- Strong business, negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel worldwide
