Your mission As a Loss Prevention Coordinator, you will play a key role in security and loss prevention across our stores and headquarters. You will design strategies, analyze risks, and ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and with style – across the CZ / DE / UK region. What you’ll do Lead loss prevention strategies and reduce risks Run audits and ensure security compliance Train teams and share best practices Collaborate across CZ, DE & UK with internal and external partners Use data to minimize losses and protect sensitive information Be part of international 6 members' team with District Manager as head of department ✈️ This role involves frequent travel (approx. 80–90%) from Monday to Friday, both by car and air
Požadujeme
An independent and well-organized professional
A colleague communicative in English, German, and ideally in Czech
An analytical thinker with attention to detail and knowledge of AI tools
A strong communicator with experience with communication with Germany
Someone willing to travel within the assigned region (CZ / DE / UK) - we don't need you to be based in Prague
We don't need deep experience in loss prevention or security - if you worked in a store in the past and have ability to learn, send us your CV
