Product Designer & Content Creator (AI Workflows)

We are looking for a Product Designer & Content Creator who will be responsible for integrating generative AI into the creative process. This role is for a systematic thinker who can not only produce content using modern tools, but also develop, document, and standardize new workflows for the entire design team. The core mission will be to establish best practices for leveraging AI in design and video production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document new creative workflows integrating generative AI tools for video production, asset creation, and UI design


• Create clear best-practice guides, templates, and tutorials for the entire design team


• Act as the team's primary AI expert and provide support to other designers


• Produce high-quality video content – product explainers and tutorials


• Create visual assets and intuitive UI in Figma


• Collaborate with Product Designers and Managers to identify and optimize AI-driven workflows

Qualifications:

• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to develop and document creative processes or workflows, especially those involving generative AI


• Proven experience using generative AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Midjourney, AI video/audio tools) in a professional context


• Experience creating process documentation, how-to guides, or training materials


• Experience in video production and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)


• Proficiency in Figma


• Excellent communication skills – ability to explain complex processes in a clear and simple manner
