Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst – Order to Cash

As part of the Order to Cash (OTC) product, you will work closely with Product Managers, Global Process Owners, and business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate insights into actionable product requirements, and contribute to a value-driven product roadmap. You will also support key initiatives including eInvoicing, digital automation, and continuous improvement within the OTC domain.

Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Coordinate OTC process areas (Billing, eInvoicing, Credit Management) and collaborate with business stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead small projects / act as SME for OTC processes and develop process, system, and data expertise.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze and document processes and needs (problem statements, use cases, ROI) and manage the product backlog.

  
  


• 
  

  Translate business needs into product features and priorities aligned with the OTC roadmap.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with Finance and SAP delivery teams on solution design, testing, deployment, and support.

  
  


• 
  

  Leverage existing IT solutions and drive continuous improvement across processes, technology, and UX.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Agile and/or Product Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Product Owner).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with end-to-end Order to Cash processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in globally distributed or offshore/onshore implementation environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Agile Scrum Master experience is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries, ideally with SAP ECC or S/4HANA exposure.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of electronic invoicing standards such as Peppol Exchange.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience collaborating with outsourced partners providing system and business services.
