Test Lead — Prague (Hybrid, Contract)

For our client — a global biopharmaceutical company with over 130 years of history, developing medicines and vaccines for patients around the world — we are looking for a Test Lead. The client's Prague hub is one of the largest in Europe, bringing together over 1,800 people across technology, finance, HR, and beyond.

The contractor will be engaged through us and assigned to the client's team to help validate digital and enterprise products, ensuring quality across business-critical applications used in clinical, supply chain, and commercial operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing functional and regression testing of web-based business applications


• Designing and managing test cases in JIRA / X-Ray, tracking defects through to resolution


• Validating data integrity through DB UI and DB DB comparisons using SQL


• Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and product owners in agile teams


• Exploring opportunities to leverage GenAI and co-pilot tools in day-to-day testing

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in functional testing of web and/or mobile applications


• Hands-on experience with JIRA and/or X-Ray


• Ability to perform basic database validation and write SQL queries for data checks


• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently and in a team


• Nice to have: GenAI / co-pilot tools, BDD, Tosca or Robot Framework (Python), and a background in healthcare or pharma
