As a Logistics Coordinator you will:
- follow Safety, Security, and company policies
- ensure smooth operations and meet KPIs
- monitor and troubleshoot daily Transport Management activities (planning, freight orders, deliveries)
- act as main contact for logistics issues, customers, carriers, and warehouses
- advise on late or missed deliveries and arrange alternatives
- support urgent shipments, slot management, and proof of delivery requests
- maintain Order Size Guidelines and assist with Product Returns.

Location: Prague 3
Start: August 2026
Contract: limited (extension possible)

Požadujeme

You are a suitable candidate if you have:
- secondary or university degree in Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics or technical field
- advanced knowledge of English min. B2+, will be used in both oral and written form
- very good knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel (pivot tables, basic working with data)
- accuracy and customer service mindset
- previous experience from logistics is must
- excellent communication skills
- stress resistance
