Are you an experienced Program Manager or PMO professional who thrives in complex international environments? Do you enjoy driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple markets?
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / PMO Lead to join a large-scale transformation program within the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will play a key part in driving program execution, governance, and market rollouts while collaborating with senior stakeholders across business and IT functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-market teams to deliver strategic programs and initiatives
- Translate business needs into structured plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
- Establish and manage program governance, leadership forums, and decision-making processes
- Maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and rollout timelines- Drive risk and issue management, ensuring proactive resolution across teams
- Monitor market readiness and rollout activities, including testing, data migration, and deployment preparation
- Provide leadership with regular reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and program insights

Contract length: 12M
Požadujeme
- At least bachelor degree
- Fluent English
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within complex international environments
- Previous experience in consulting, transformation projects, or commercial/pharma environments is highly valued
- Strong PMO expertise including planning, governance, RAID management, and reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
