Lead React Developer (SharePoint) — Prague (Hybrid, Contract)

For a large enterprise client modernizing their digital workplace on Microsoft 365 — we are looking for a Lead React Developer with deep SharePoint expertise. The client's team operates in a complex enterprise environment, building and maintaining critical business applications across SharePoint Online, on-premises infrastructure, and Azure cloud services.

You will be leading the design and development of scalable SharePoint and cloud-native solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver high-performance applications built on SPFx, ReactJS, and Azure services.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions on SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises using SPFx


• Building modern web applications with ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3


• Implementing integrations via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services


• Leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and App Services to automate workflows and build cloud-native solutions


• Collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions


• Ensuring adherence to best practices in security, performance optimization, and DevOps

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises, including SPFx development


• Solid proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript


• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure — specifically Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and App Services


• 3+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership


• Nice to have: Azure Developer Associate certification (AZ-204), C# / ASP.NET, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams integrations, and experience with Microsoft Graph API
