🎯Your mission

You will own the end-to-end delivery of active GenAI platform projects - coordinating between client teams, internal engineers, and external partners to keep everything moving. You're the person who makes sure blockers get resolved, decisions get made, and nothing falls through the cracks & we deliver on time and on budget. Our clients are technically sophisticated and will challenge you when delivery slips - you’ll be the one handling that conversation. If you can operate with ambiguity and own your mistakes, you’ll have real room to grow here. You don't need to write the code - but you need to understand what's being built, ask the right questions, and earn the trust of both technical teams and client stakeholders.

🧩What you'll own

* End-to-end project delivery - Own Gen AI Platform extension and multiple concurrent AI use cases developed by our internal team from scoping and planning through UAT and production go-live; manage scope, team, risks, timelines, and dependencies
* Client & partner coordination - Be the main point of contact for external delivery partners; run meetings, publish agendas and recaps, follow up on action items, keep relationships healthy
* Access & provisioning management - Coordinate infrastructure access requests (cloud platforms, API keys, tooling access, quota increases) across internal and client systems
* Stakeholder communication - Keep all parties informed: prepare status updates, flag blockers early, manage expectations, and facilitate decisions when things get stuck
* Tooling & platform oversight - Understand the GenAI stack, software development practices, security, AI, and cloud well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers and respect technical constraints
* Delivery structure - Maintain Jira boards, track progress across workstreams, and ensure the team has what it needs to deliver at pace

* Agentic AI Platforms: multi-use-case GenAI ecosystems with LLM orchestration, governance, and observability
* Document AI: automated report generation, extraction pipelines, validation workflows & more
* ML Platforms: production-grade infrastructure for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
* Industry AI: delivery across regulated sectors

🔍 What we are looking for

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering technical projects with distributed teams as a project manager - ideally in AI/ML, data, or cloud platform environments
2. Proven track record of owning delivery across multiple workstreams simultaneously and collaborating with external partners, from kickoff to production
3. Comfortable in client-facing roles - you build trust, set expectations clearly, and handle escalations calmly
4. Enough technical fluency to hold a conversation with engineers, understand tradeoffs, and know when something is off
5. Ability to support and motivate the team - you give feedback, encourage growth, and resolve issues effectively
6. Structured and disciplined in how you work - strong on follow-through, Jira hygiene, and keeping async communication clear
7. English proficiency, Czech language is a plus.

Nice to have:

* Experience in regulated industries
* Familiarity with cloud AI/data platforms (Azure, Databricks, AWS) at a conceptual level
* Exposure to Gen AI tooling, LLM APIs, or observability platforms (even if not hands-on)
* Structured delivery methodology experience/certification
