What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the payroll cycle for a country or company
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
- Support payroll accounting and resolve complex queries
- Manage vendor operations and stakeholder relationships
- Drive process improvements and support new payroll setups

Contract for limited period with possibility of extension

Požadujeme

- Experience in Payroll processes & systems
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Experience with tax, labor code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
