Delivery Manager — Prague (Hybrid, Contract)

For a global pharmaceutical company running a large-scale digital innovation program — we are looking for a Delivery Manager. The client is designing, developing and implementing blockchain-backed solutions across all business units at a global level, with active partnerships across pharma industry stakeholders.

You will be responsible for deploying new capabilities and running the business of Product Security & Visibility solutions in markets — working closely with Product Owners, tech teams, and local market leads to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end project planning and implementation — from business requirements gathering and 3rd party onboarding through to training, communication, and market delivery


• Tracking project milestones and progress against plan, flagging issues and risks for escalation or mitigation


• Tracking run-the-business KPIs and collaborating with DevOps teams on issue resolution


• Coordinating between local and regional business teams, external partners, and the Product Security & Visibility team


• Supporting the Product Owner and Process Steward in backlog management and prioritization


• Facilitating and leading market steering team meetings


• Implementing Ways of Working and developing best practices for standardized delivery across markets

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Product Management, or Supply Chain in a highly regulated industry


• Deep knowledge of Agile project management and delivery methodology — certification preferred


• Strong skills in process mapping, continuous improvement, and business process documentation


• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to organize complex information clearly across global teams


• Nice to have: experience implementing technology-based business solutions, familiarity with blockchain or pharma industry standards
