Help studios run smoother productions - from a producer's seat, not a pipeline TD's.

Ynput builds AYON, an open-source production management platform used by studios in animation, VFX, and games. We're looking for someone who has actually run a production - coordinated schedules, chased approvals, kept a team on track - to help studios see how AYON fits into their day-to-day, and to support them as they adopt it.

This isn't a pipeline engineering role. We need someone who speaks producer, not API.

What you'll do

* Talk with studios about how they plan, track tasks, manage reviews and approvals, and deliver work, and show them how AYON fits
* Run live product demos built around production workflows, not technical deep-dives
* Support prospects through trials and evaluations, answering their real-world workflow questions
* Build tutorials, guides, and screen-recorded walkthroughs that make AYON easy to pick up
* Work with our Head of Growth on sales enablement and customer education
* Bring customer feedback back to the team so AYON keeps getting better
* Loop in engineering when something needs deeper technical hands

What you bring

* 4+ years running productions in animation, VFX, post, games, or similar - as a coordinator, production manager, or producer
* Real hands-on time with tools like ShotGrid, ftrack, AYON, Monday, Notion, Jira, or Kitsu
* A solid grasp of how studios schedule, track, and approve work - you've lived it, not just read about it
* Comfort presenting to a room (or a call) and being on camera for tutorials
* Strong spoken and written English
* The initiative to plan and create content on your own

Nice to have

* Experience training teams on new software
* A history of writing docs or building tutorials
* Familiarity with pipeline concepts (assets, shots, tasks, publishes, reviews), helpful, not required
* Previous customer-facing work: product specialist, onboarding, pre-sales
* Basic video editing skills

* 60,000 to 90,000 CZK gross/month, based on experience
* Full-time
* Based in Prague for onboarding, then hybrid, remote, or on-site, your call
