We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join a fast-paced Finance Contact Management team. This is not just an average finance position; it requires exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Job description:
- Point of Contact for Suppliers: Handle all finance-related queries from suppliers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction by collaborating with internal peers and stakeholders.
- EDI invoice troublebox maintenance
- Credit memo review and research
- Shortage and/or pricing claims creation
- Vendor statement acquisition and final reconciliation

Start: asap
Contract for defined period with possibility of prolongation
Location: Prague 8

Požadujeme

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR/administration/finance/customer support
- Customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Italian and English
