Business Analyst — Prague (Hybrid, Contract)

You will be acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams — gathering requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring that solutions delivered by Agile teams truly reflect business needs.

What you'll be doing:

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements


• Translating business needs into user stories, process flows, use cases, and requirements documentation


• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders across functions


• Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and automation


• Collaborating with Product Owners and Agile teams to maintain and refine product backlogs


• Supporting UAT and solution validation activities


• Creating reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics to inform business decisions

What we're looking for:

• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role


• Proven experience gathering and managing business requirements in an Agile environment


• Strong skills in process mapping, user story writing, and requirements documentation


• Excellent communication skills — able to work with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders


• Nice to have: experience in pharma, healthcare, or a regulated (GxP) environment; familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
