Project / Program Manager — Prague (Hybrid, Contract)

For a global pharmaceutical company undergoing large-scale technology and business transformation — we are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager. The Prague team operates at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, running complex cross-functional programs that span multiple internal teams and external vendors.

You will be leading strategic initiatives from planning through operationalization, establishing governance structures, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring execution stays on track across all workstreams.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives end-to-end, from inception through stabilization


• Designing and implementing governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive review processes


• Developing and maintaining integrated delivery roadmaps and implementation plans across multiple workstreams


• Identifying and proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle


• Preparing executive-level communications, dashboards, and status updates for senior stakeholders


• Coordinating delivery across internal business and technology teams and external vendor partners


• Driving continuous improvement in delivery practices and operational effectiveness

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale programs and cross-functional strategic initiatives


• Strong track record in designing and implementing governance frameworks and reporting cadences


• Experienced stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at C-level and facilitating decisions in complex environments


• Solid risk management skills — identifying, escalating, and mitigating delivery risks across multi-vendor programs


• Nice to have: experience with organizational change management, familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
