Senior Fullstack Engineer — Prague (Hybrid, Contract)

You will be working across a Python/AWS backend and a React frontend, owning features end-to-end — from designing data pipeline transformations to building the analyst-facing specification authoring tool.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and extend the SDTM transformation engine using AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and Databricks


• Build and evolve the GraphQL/AppSync API consumed by analysts to author mapping specifications


• Develop and maintain React + TypeScript frontend features for data review and spec authoring


• Own infrastructure-as-code changes across Terraform service stacks and shared infrastructure


• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and production on-call rotation


• Mentor engineers newer to the stack or clinical data domain

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python proficiency — Lambda Powertools, pytest, clean testable code in a monorepo


• Deep AWS knowledge: Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, IAM


• Hands-on Terraform experience across multi-stack configurations


• Nice to have: GraphQL/AppSync, React + TypeScript, Databricks, CDISC SDTM, or GxP/regulated-industry experience
