This is a senior technical position offering significant influence over battery pack design, development, and integration activities. You will work closely with systems, electronics, software, and mechanical engineering teams to develop robust, scalable, and innovative battery solutions.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute not only to individual projects but also to the development of a long-term battery platform that can be deployed across multiple applications and industries.

We are partnering with a rapidly growing engineering company operating at the forefront of battery innovation and electrification. With international teams across the UK and the Czech Republic, the company is developing a scalable Battery Management System (BMS) platform and next-generation battery solutions for high-performance applications.

Lead battery pack design and development activities from concept through validation
Define battery pack architecture and technical requirements
Support the development of modular and scalable battery solutions
Drive engineering decisions related to performance, reliability, safety, and manufacturability
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, systems, and integration functions
Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities
Support customer-facing technical discussions and engineering reviews
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the company's battery technology platform

Požadujeme

3+ years of experience in battery pack development and design
Strong understanding of battery systems and energy storage technologies
Experience working on real-world battery development projects
Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and/or CATIA
Strong engineering problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively within international teams
Professional level English
