For a technology-driven organization looking to bridge the gap between complex engineering work and business decision-making — we are looking for a Storytelling Consultant. The client's teams build sophisticated technical solutions but need someone who can translate that work into narratives executives and non-technical stakeholders actually understand and act on.

You will be partnering closely with technical experts, architects, and engineering teams to turn complex initiatives into clear, compelling business stories, and building the executive-ready presentations and communication materials that carry those stories forward.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with technical teams to understand complex technologies, solutions, and initiatives


• Translating technical concepts into clear, concise business narratives


• Creating executive-ready presentations, briefings, and communication materials


• Designing visually engaging, professional slide decks


• Structuring presentations and communication strategies to drive alignment and decision-making


• Supporting leadership communications for strategic initiatives and transformation efforts


• Adapting communication style across stakeholder groups, from engineers to senior executives

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in consulting, communications, strategy, or change management


• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics


• Strong presentation design skills and a keen eye for visual communication


• Experience creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive communication materials


• Excellent written and verbal English


• Nice to have: prior experience working directly with senior leadership on strategic or transformation programs
