Join an international Finance Contact Management team in Prague and become a key point of contact for suppliers across the business.

What will you do?
* Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding finance-related queries
* Investigate and resolve invoice and payment-related issues
* Work with internal Finance teams and other stakeholders to find effective solutions
* Review credit memos and investigate discrepancies
* Create and follow up on shortage and pricing claims
* Obtain and reconcile vendor statements
* Maintain and resolve issues in the EDI invoice system
* Contribute to a smooth and positive supplier experience

Location in Prague 8
Contract for a defined period with the possibility of extension

Požadujeme

* Fluent Italian and good English – both used on a daily basis
* At least 2 years of experience in finance, administration or customer support
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of MS Excel
* Customer-oriented approach and ability to work with different stakeholders
* Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail
* Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment
